Monitoring visit

The aim of the visit was to explain the role of the project monitor, to introduce the members of the Silesian Voivodeship Landscape Parks Complex LIFE+ team and to check the advancement and the accuracy of the realization of the tasks of the project.

General part of the meeting was opened by the project monitor Stanisław Tworek who described the function of monitor and recounted basic requirements and regulations concerning LIFE+ projects and the means of communication between beneficiaries and the European Commission. Then Michał Chromy (project coordinator) took the floor and introduced the members of the team and defined the parts they play in the project and the scope of responsibility they have. He mentioned also the stage of the realization of the project and the introduced changes.

After the talks the monitor proceeded to check the documents and take the photographic account of his visit. The last part of the meeting involved discussing and evaluating particular tasks and stages of the project, both already realized and scheduled for the current year.
