LIFE Information Day 2015

On 14^th April 2015 members of the Project LIFE11 NAT/PL/432 staff (Piotr Niedbał, Milena Ziętek, Marcelina Ferdyn-Korzepa) took part in the LIFE Information Day organized by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw for the eighth time (http://www.nfosigw.gov.pl/o-nfosigw/aktualnosci/art,630,dzien-informacyjny-life-2015.html).

Similarly to the previous event, this year's LIFE Information Day provided an opportunity for the participants to attend presentations describing the details of the application process and the realization of project actions on the basis of three projects representing different components. Moreover, the LIFE guidelines for 2014-2020 and the National Fund's co-financing scheme were presented.

Units which are currently realizing projects co-funded thanks to LIFE financial instrument had the opportunity to present themselves on their promotional stands. The visitors asked questions concerning the application process, cooperation with other entities, implementation of the Project in the community, and certain technical aspects concerning for example sheep grazing and herding. Our stand was very popular.
